Shopping for me: trying on clothes that I am sure I love and will wear all of the time; however, when I get them home I find myself in a state of confusion and uncertainty in my attempts to put an outfit together. So, I decided to try something new—I ask Ingrid to take me shopping for a dress for a wedding and some cute casual clothes. What a great decision! She found the perfect dress and shoes to go with it. I also purchased some great summer items, including a maxi skirt that I love. This is the type of item I typically purchase and never wear—definitely not the case this time. Ingrid gave me several options on what to wear with it, giving me the confidence to walk out the door knowing I look well great. I can’t wait to have her go through my closet to give me tips on how to put outfits together!

I can’t say enough positive things about my experience working with Ingrid! She has a way of honing in on your personal style that is really amazing. She did a full closet edit for me, and in the process I discovered several items of clothing that had just been languishing in my closet that—with Ingrid’s guidance—suddenly became new and exciting to me! I decided to take things a step further and hire Ingrid as my personal shopper. This experience has vastly exceeded my expectations. I have a very demanding job and two busy teenagers, so I have zero time to shop.  Ingrid brings home various articles of clothing and shoes for me to try, and I’m always surprised and delighted by her selections. Whether it’s just a basic layering piece, or something that is meant to stretch my comfort zone a bit, I always end up keeping most (if not all) of the items she brings. I find that I’m actually wearing the clothes in my closet, and experimenting with new combinations. Working with Ingrid has been a game-changer…I can’t recommend her highly enough!

I worked with Ingrid for my first time in planning for a week long work trip to Boston and NYC. I hate packing. Hate it. It stresses me out and I always end up throwing way too much into the suitcase with no purpose. Ingrid turned this entire process around and she makes it fun and enjoyable. I never thought I would have a personal shopper. My wife had been working with Ingrid for the past year on updating and organizing her side of the closet. Highly recommended! We are a busy family of five with 3 children: 7 years and younger. Ingrid helped organize during our house move. She was great at listening to how we used our spaces in our existing house so that we could find ways to store our things in our new house.
